  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Designated copyright agent

Placeholder: [Designated copyright agent name, mailing address, email and telephone — to be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and set by ZaZang LLC]

3. What ZaZang does

When ZaZang receives a complete notice, it may remove or disable access to the content and will make reasonable efforts to tell the user who uploaded it.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent. Placeholder: [Counter-notice contents and restoration procedure — to be set by counsel]

5. Repeat infringers

ZaZang may suspend or remove the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. Placeholder: [Repeat-infringer policy details — to be set by counsel]
