Safety & Conduct Policy

Version 1.0Effective September 29, 2026

Draft — pending counsel review. This version has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

Clients and providers are responsible for conditions and actions within their control. Clients should provide safe access, appropriate venue conditions and required permissions. Providers should operate equipment safely and follow applicable venue requirements. If an immediate threat to health or safety exists, contact local emergency services before contacting ZaZang support.

1. Emergencies

If an immediate threat to health or safety exists, contact local emergency services (911 in the United States) before contacting ZaZang support.

2. Who is responsible for event safety

Performers and clients remain responsible for safe working conditions, venue rules, electrical requirements, crowd conditions, weather, equipment placement and applicable laws. ZaZang provides the technology marketplace; it is not the venue, event producer or security provider.

3. Alcohol and nightlife environments

ZaZang does not serve or control alcohol and is not responsible for alcohol service, intoxicated attendees, security, crowd management or venue operations. Those remain the responsibility of the Client, the venue and any other party that has undertaken them.

4. Conduct in private and non-public spaces

Performers can enter private homes, hotel rooms, venues and other non-public environments. Both Clients and Talent must behave lawfully and respectfully: no unlawful or threatening weapons, no illegal activity, and no harassment or inappropriate conduct. See the Community Standards & Acceptable Use.

5. Weather and outdoor events

Clients are responsible for providing reasonably safe operating conditions appropriate for the booked service. For electrical, audio, video or other sensitive equipment, Talent may decline to expose equipment or individuals to materially unsafe conditions, such as lightning, heavy rain, flooding, dangerous wind, extreme weather or unsafe electrical conditions, and should notify the Client through ZaZang as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Unsafe conditions

Talent should not be required to perform under materially unsafe conditions, such as violence, threats, a dangerous electrical setup, an unsafe stage, severe weather exposure, illegal activity materially affecting performance, dangerous crowd conditions or harassment. Talent should notify ZaZang and the Client as soon as reasonably possible. How the booking is then treated is set out in the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

7. Reporting a safety concern

Provide accurate information and any available supporting documentation. ZaZang may request information from both parties when reviewing a booking issue.

Use Report a problem on the booking page, or the Contact and Support page. ZaZang may suspend or restrict accounts for legitimate safety or policy concerns.
